How long does delivery take?
Each desk is made to order. Delivery typically takes 30–45 working days depending on your location and current production capacity.
Can I customize the color or size?
Absolutely. Choose from four widths (120–180 cm) and finishes like Mahogany, Natural Oak, White Mist, or Golden Crust. If you need something special, just contact us.
Is assembly difficult?
Assembly is straightforward and takes around 20–30 minutes. All tools and clear instructions are included. We also offer video guidance if needed.
Will the desk wobble when raised?
No. Our frame is one of the best on the market and supports up to 160 kg. Even at full standing height, it remains fairly steady and secure.
What’s the warranty coverage?
We offer a 5-year warranty on the height-adjustable frame and 2 years on the oak desktop. Your workspace investment is protected.
What if the desk arrives damaged?
We carefully package each order, but if anything arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours. We'll replace the affected part at no cost to you.
Can I return the desk?
Yes. You can return your desk within 30 days, provided it’s unused and in original packaging.
