We deliver across all of Europe, the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and there are no hidden fees or surprise VAT charges outside the EU. 

Yes. All orders on our website are processed in customer's local currency.

Yes. If you have a valid EU company VAT number, you can buy without VAT (reverse charge). At checkout, please:

1. Fill in your company name and VAT number in the Company (optional) field.
2. Select Manual Payment as your payment method.

We’ll verify your VAT number and send you a VAT-free invoice with a secure payment link in your currency.

We don’t keep stock — every desk is built after you place your order, just for you. Crafting, finishing, and checking your desk takes around 35 working days. If you’d like, we can also send photos of your exact desk before it leaves our workshop.

Every desk is covered by our 10-year limited warranty. That includes the oak top, the steel frame, and the electronics.

For everyday care, simply dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth, always following the direction of the wood grain, and dry the surface afterwards.

Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, alcohol-based products, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish. To maintain the natural beauty of the oak, keep the desk in a stable indoor environment and avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture or direct sunlight.

Yes. Every desk requires light assembly. The desktop comes pre-drilled, so all screw points are ready — Solid desks and Alive desks have pre-drilled holes. Recommended electric screwdriver (no drill required). Setup takes around 20-30 minutes, and we recommend having a second person help when turning the desk upright.

The frame handles up to 150 kg in daily use — not counting the oak top itself (20–40 kg depending on model & size). So you can safely load it with dual screens, heavy PCs, speakers, and more. If you’re unsure about your exact setup, just contact us and we’ll help calculate it for you.
