Materials & Care
Solid European Oak. Crafted from 100% solid European oak — not veneer, not laminate — selected for stability and natural character.
Natural oil finish. The surface is protected with carefully selected natural oils that enhance the wood's grain while allowing it to breathe. It stays matte, warm, and tactile — designed to age beautifully.
Care. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth along the grain and dry immediately. No chemical cleaners.
Humidity matters. Keep indoor humidity around 45–55% to help prevent cracking or warping.
Renewal. Refresh the surface with OAKO Wood Oil.

Where do you ship to?
We deliver across all of Europe, the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Shipping is free, and there are no hidden fees or surprise VAT charges outside the EU.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. All orders on our website are processed in EUR (€). If you prefer to pay in your local currency, simply choose the Manual Payment option at checkout, and we will send you a secure payment link in your currency.
Can I deduct VAT if I have a company in the EU?
Yes. If you have a valid EU company VAT number, you can buy without VAT (reverse charge). At checkout, please:

How long does delivery take?
In Stock items Delivery is 7–10 working days. If you’d like, we can also send photos of your exact desk before it leaves our workshop.
What warranty do I get with my desk?
Every desk is covered by our 10-year limited warranty. That covers the steel frame, motors and electronics. The solid oak surface has a 2-year warranty.
How do I care for the oak desktop?
The tops are finished with natural hard-wax oil. Day to day, just wipe with a dry & soft cloth. Small marks can be blended back in with a little oil.
Do I need to assemble the desk myself?
Yes. Every desk requires light assembly. The desktop comes pre-drilled, so all screw points are ready — Solid desks and Alive desks have pre-drilled holes. Recommended electric screwdriver (no drill required). Setup takes around 20-30 minutes, and we recommend having a second person help when turning the desk upright.
What weight can the desk hold?
The frame handles up to 150 kg in daily use — not counting the oak top itself (20–40 kg depending on model & size). So you can safely load it with dual screens, heavy PCs, speakers, and more. If you’re unsure about your exact setup, just contact us and we’ll help calculate it for you.

Jeg bestilte et Mahogany skrivebord fra OAKO, og jeg er virkelig imponeret. Træet føles tungt og solidt, og farven er endnu smukkere i virkeligheden end på billederne. Højden kan justeres helt lydløst, og det gør en kæmpe forskel for min arbejdsdag. Leveringen tog lidt tid, men det var det hele værd – man kan mærke, at det er håndlavet.

The desk arrived well packaged and in great shape. The wooden top is absolutely gorgeous. We had a small issue with assembly and reached out to customer service, the employee we texted with was very responsive and helpful. The assembly is actually pretty easy, the wooden top does not have pre-drilled holes, but has marks where you are supposed to drill. Great experience overall! Highly recommend!

Je cherchais depuis longtemps une table comme celle ci ! Elle est parfaite et va me changer la vie . Installée depuis 1 jour : tout fonctionne bien - un peu fastidieux pour le montage car il faut de la force et de nos outils pour le montage ( le colis s’est légèrement ouvert pendant la livraison et il me manquait des vis … peut être qu’il faudrait revoir la façon de ranger les vis dans le colis ) mais bon une fois tout monté avec l’aide d’une seconde personne car la table est très très lourde , je suis ravie de cet achat et le recommande car la qualité est top !!! Et je vais pouvoir enfin découper mes tissus sans me casser le dos !!!

Super happy with the quality of the desk. The natural look stands out compared to every other wooden desk I have seen.
The adjustment mechanism is also very high quality. At full height of 130cm I do not experience any problems with wobble. And I love that it can go as low as 65cm.
