We deliver across all of Europe, the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and there are no hidden fees or surprise VAT charges outside the EU.

Q: Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. All orders on our website are processed in EUR (€). If you prefer to pay in your local currency, simply choose the Manual Payment option at checkout, and we will send you a secure payment link in your currency.

We don’t keep stock — every desk is built after you place your order, just for you. Crafting, finishing, and checking your desk takes around 35 working days. If you’d like, we can also send photos of your exact desk before it leaves our workshop.

Q: What warranty do I get with my desk?

Every desk is covered by our 10-year limited warranty . That includes the oak top, the steel frame, and the electronics.

Q: How do I care for the oak desktop?

For everyday care, simply dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth, always following the direction of the wood grain, and dry the surface afterwards. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, alcohol-based products, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish. To maintain the natural beauty of the oak, keep the desk in a stable indoor environment and avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture or direct sunlight.

Q: Do I need to assemble the desk myself?

Yes. Every desk requires light assembly. The desktop comes pre-drilled, so all screw points are ready — Solid desks and Alive desks have pre-drilled holes. Recommended electric screwdriver (no drill required). Setup takes around 20-30 minutes, and we recommend having a second person help when turning the desk upright.

Q: What weight can the desk hold?

The frame handles up to 150 kg in daily use — not counting the oak top itself (20–40 kg depending on model & size). So you can safely load it with dual screens, heavy PCs, speakers, and more. If you’re unsure about your exact setup, just contact us and we’ll help calculate it for you.

I’m very satisfied with this chair

For years, I worked from home at the kitchen table on a regular kitchen chair. That eventually caused RSI issues, like shoulder pain, back pain and overall fatigue. Thanks to this office chair, those complaints are now fading away, because my body is finally properly supported.

The chair was quite easy and quick to assemble on my own. It looks great and is very comfortable to sit on. The seat is wide and soft, yet still offers good support. The chair is easy to adjust to my body, so I now sit ergonomically correct at my desk.

I’m very satisfied with this chair, which I actually bought together with the desk.

Originally wanted to order a cheap, plain standing desk. But since I spend most of my professional life behind my desk, I thought it would be nicer to have a desk that also looked nice. And the beautiful oak desk doesn't disappoint! :-)

Super happy with the quality of the desk. The natural look stands out compared to every other wooden desk I have seen.

The adjustment mechanism is also very high quality. At full height of 130cm I do not experience any problems with wobble. And I love that it can go as low as 65cm.

Great quality for sitting desks

These are heavy, sturdy, high-quality casters. Super easy to move my desk around, and they are stable when the desk is in at a low height. However, they don't work that well for my large desk when in standing mode as the desk becomes wobbly.
